In Nong Khai, Thailand there are a group of 158 Hmong refugees (including 90 children) living in prison cells. (BBC News Story) They are allowed out of their cells for only two hours per day. They are not criminals but they are treated like that by the Thai and Laos governments. The USA, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands have all agreed to accept the Hmong if they are released. Please sign our petition (one signature per person), which will be handed directly to the Thai Foreign Minister.
