I find this to be pretty encouraging, as I've also read how Wal-Mart will be inceasing their organic food options while keeping the price for them within about a 10% differential of regular food choices. Some fear that the demand Wal-Mart would place on the organic food suppliers would put many of the smaller producers out of business.
So, if they also move to offer Ethanol at the pumps, at least the corn growers would be seeing a benefit.
