YouTube Blocked in Thailand

Yesterday we noticed that we couldn't access YouTube here.  I thought maybe it was a problem with the network, but it turns out the Thai government has officially BANNED the entire YouTube site in Thailand and closed off all access to it.

I'm sorry to hear this you guys. Hopefully, everything will be settled and you'll be able to view Youtube. I think this is going somewhat to far and they will have to ban so many more websites or even take out all internet, but let's hope that doesn't happen. Take care, you guys. Gbya

Also, I have to say, I've read so much about the King and he is a very good man. You don't hear many people in his position do what he does for his country. So wonderful and what a blessing!

Write a letter to the king's men asking if your IP address would be allowed access.

Hopefully, Google/YouTube will make a business decision which falls on the side of general decency and remove the clip.  If people want to share that kind of thing with the world, let them pay for their own cyber real estate and host it themselves.  I mean, if they feel something like that is worth doing and sharing, why wouldnt they want to really own it?

Does anyone have an update on YouTube blocked in Thailand?  Is there another option? I remembering reading a post about another website posting videos?
I did a Isara search and couldn't locate it. Maybe I just thought I read it, don't know?

It was unblocked for a few days but now it's blocked again.

There are anonymous proxy sites that you can use to visit YouTube but you're not able to view any of the videos.

Shooooot YouTube is down again.
They've been teasing us putting the site up, then taking it down, then up, down!
