I have SUPERAntiSpyware (free edition) without real-time protection. Not trying to cheat anything, but I was wondering if there was any other program that just worked as real-time protection for antispyware programs that do not have this. Like Wiinpooch with ClamWin Portable Antivirus or something...

Haven't tried any of these so I can't tell you if they work well or not. But they're worth a shot.

Microsoft Defender
Spyware Terminator

Yeah, I've tried them. I just like to test antispyware programs. Would like for people to help me out on this if they can, and not recommend other antispyware programs.

I haven't run into anything like what it seems you're looking for. I personally use Spybot, which comes with realtime registry protection. As far as most anti-spy programs are not real time. There may be some you can pay for, but they mostly just empty your wallet and fill your RAM.
