I was having lots of problems getting some pages to load on my home pc.  They would start to load and then would go to a \"Page Not Found\" dealio.  So, I loaded Firefox (it took literally seconds to do this and yes, of course, its FREE) and I'm not having a problem in the world!  Even the most \"stubborn\" page are loading fast!

Then again, maybe I am the last person on the planet to actually TRY Firefox. heh!  That's prob more likely than anything else.  Smiley

I switched to Firefox just 3 weeks ago. Smiley I used it infrequently for some sites, but I think I started having difficulty loading pages all of a sudden so I switched.

I especially like that I can switch 'skins', the find function is really cool, and I can set it to empty my cache after I quit the application.

Firefox rules. Once I got my hands on tabbed browsing and no pop-ups, I was hooked. I haven't used IE in a long time.

Wow!! Gina, I'm impressed!!!!

Pk took care of me and I now have Firefox.  But, what's all this other stuff I need to know?  Whoa!!!  I'll just take it a step at a time.  My brain can't handle to much info at one time.

I'm still having problems with the \"remember me\" login. Is yours working Okay?

I'm using Firefox and its not remembering me.  It always remembered me on IE, but I've not gone back to IE to try it out since switching to Firefox.

Firefox is working good now. I didn't do anything, but it's remembering my login. Is your \"remember me\" working now?

Those are some tips on "How to speed up FireFox page loading" you may find useful.

lol, everywhere I post I feel I'm interrupting some family meeting  Cheesy So, let me see, Mom is... well, mom. PK and ZeroG are her sons... who else? thartley is which member? Its really weird to see this going on on a forum! (No offence intended!)

facugaich - Thanks for the link. A lot of our visitors use Firefox so that will help a lot. As far as the family conversations. LOL Smiley When we first started this site, friends and family were some of the first to arrive (to show support). And, when new members started to join, the family decided to stick around. I know it's kind of strange but it gives the site a "home away from home" feel. Like staying with the Cleavers. But you're not alone. Thartley, Pookie, Ginafish, HorseFilms, Hunter & Heather, Brandon, Larry, BigSlow, DWR, GTA3Rockstar, MJT, pepperland, victaniac, and everyone else are not related. But we've become friends because we're all here for the same reason. To have a good time and help others at the same time.

Thanks for posting and welcome to Isara. Now make yourself at home. ....But keep your feet off the coffee table. Cheesy

Yeah, I got hooked on Firefox not long after it was released in 2004. Love it, so easy to use, and it's customisable.  Cheesy
