If you've ever had problems getting in contact with an "actual human" while trying to call customer service, here's a site that can help. GetHuman provides you with detailed information on what numbers to press so you can speak with a human on the other end of the phone. They also grade the businesses phone system based on how easy it is to speak to a human (White House = B, Dell = F).

For Ryder Rentals it says "Don't press or say anything." Grin

So you just call and wait for a customer rep to answer. And, when they finally do answer, you creep them out by not saying anything. lol

All joking aside, the ones that say "Direct to human" would easily get my business. They show real integrity and respect for their customers. Too bad there's so few of them.

I like the direct to human ones also, but it's odd how some of them get graded A and others get a B...any idea why?

Maybe the one's with an "A" pick-up the phone on the first ring and the ones with a  "B" pick-up when they feel like it. lol

Just call them up. Wait in silence for a moment before saying, "don't get on the flight" and then hang up. Smiley

LOL!

Seriously though, As nice as human contact is, it's nicer when they speak your language. I mean, what are companies thinkning when someone who doesn't know english tries to help an american company. That would be like me giving tech support to someone in Hong Kong!
