When I went on my weekend getaway to Texas, I needed to limit myself to two carry ons so I didn't have to check any bags. I found this great Port Authority Microfiber Tote that I used as a carry on purse/briefcase. I had a padded sleeve for laptop already, so I just slipped it in. The top of the main pocket zips so I didn't worry about the laptop being accessed by thieves. I also tossed in another padded bag with my iPod and headphones! Grin The ends of the bag have deep pockets that are perfect for carrying on a bottle of water, purchased after you go through the security area. Grin And the front flap conceals an organizer area that has places for your i.d., or pens, gum, etc...The other side has another  side pocket that seals with velcro which was great for a small book and magazine! I used my other carryon for all the clothes and packed a small purse to use later, so I didn't tote the tote bag after I reached my destination.

This tote bag made going through the airport a breeze and fit nicely under the seat in front of me. Be sure and measure your laptop before purchasing something like this. My iBook is a nice compact size for travel, but this tote might not fit a 15" screen laptop.

Even if you aren't traveling or need a tote, the price is great and I love the zipper top and adjustable strap. It's only flaw is that the strap is uncomfortable if carried for long distances. It could use a little cushion. Smiley In black or gray, it'd even make a nice Father's day gift, or in pink, a gift for a woman's birthday. It would also make a great  diaper bag since the bottom is 5 inches wide!!

Okay, ZeroG, please do your magic and transform my link into one that points to a help for Isara Grin
