Hello Prakash, it's nice to see people take initiative to help those in need. I haven't checked any boxes on your poll, because I'm not sure what "consider by adm" means. If you have news to report daily on what the charity accomplishes, then update the website as frequently as you can. I think you'll find at Isara that people who contribute really enjoy to see pictures of what the charity is doing.

For your donation page, you may consider using PayPal for people to donate using credit cards. Many American's have accounts with paypal. Or right now, I would recommend an "Under Construction" notice on that page since it isn't ready to take donations.

Just a couple of thoughts as you get started.

I find out that here is no facilities to get paid pay through paypal here in Nepal regarding the paypal options to upgrade into our website http://www.care4nepal.org

From a webmaster point of view, definetly either remove the links that don't work, for now, or put an under construction page up. Nothing will drive away well wishers faster than a 404 error.

As far as donations, I don't think I fully comprehend the no PayPal for Nepal thing. Could you expound on the problem?

Also, is your site solely donational or does it follow off of the same model that Isara does, where visit will actually help raise money? Many people are shy about donating money, and another venue of income for your site would be a good thing. If you can get it set up like Isara is then all you have to do is increase your traffic to increase your revenue, and I'm sure we would all (or at least most of us) would be willing to stop by and help out that way. Just a consideration.

Another idea is that the people who come to the site need to be able to trust the ones running it. Your site lay out looks fine, but I would suggest some better resolution pictures in the gallery - to show people what's really going one, and definetly some pictures of the site's staff (or you if your're the only one.) As much as PK hates it, it helps when he's in the picture of an Isara project , because it shows that the person asking for the help is willing to contribute themselves to it as well.

You don't have to post new stuff daily, but the forums here are a lot of what Isara is to a lot of us. It would be good to think about that as well.

Remember , this will probably start pretty slowly, but so did Isara.
