I think ZeroG is trying to get to Guru status by the end of the weekend. Grin

See that boy with that guitar
He's got skinny legs like I always wanted
A girlfreind in his car 'cause he's got
Skinny legs like I always wanted
Sister look at me again
You'd love me if I were as skinny as him

Great song. Grin

And Julia Roberts? Grin

I think Lyle and her were dating when he produced that record. You can hear her singing in one of the songs. Listen at the end of "I Love Everybody". That's her in the chorus.  Shocked lol

Muse - Stockholm Syndrome

If you like Radiohead, you'll like these guys. These guys are heavier.
No good YouTube on them, I looked. They're better at music than videos.

I found Arctic Monkeys and Muse on NME Top Albums of the Year.
Same place I found Coldplay long before they were heard in the US.

I subscribe to this podcast with Itunes called "Dreamweaver" that you can find here:
http://instrumental.podomatic.com/

He uploads a instrumental ambient music with a new age feel like Enigma.

I'm currently listening to "The Hippies And The Beats" by The Protagonist which you can download for free.

Welcome to Isara, Stasven. Thanks for posting!

This is a great topic because I can learn what music all the cool people are listening to now-a-days. We don't get any good music over here in Thailand. It's all boy band junk.

Although they really enjoy Hotel California by The Eagles and Zombie by The Cranberries. They play those songs EVERYWHERE! Sad

Atleast it's not N'sync. Now that would be enough to cause an uprising!

I seem to recall a great many requests for that "junk in my trunk" song on your radio call-in show over there.  Cheesy

Fortunately that trend has passed. Now it's just a bad memory.

Maybe, but whenever I hear that song, I still laugh thinking how it pained you to play it on request.   Grin Grin

I'm so disgusted! You can actually listen to the Thai station? I have never heard anything but a couple of beeps. (pk - can you play some Cranberries for me? Thank You? LOL)

Cool people...new songs...you are better off searching for the billboard charts! B/c this is what I listened to this morning...
