The "song stuck in your head"-horror

Don't you just really hate it when a song is stuck in your head and the same part keeps "playing" over and over again? Anybody have any good ideas how to stop it? There's the saying that you should listen through the song once but it doesn't really work

I find that if you get out a favorite song that you don't mind singing with and then cranking it up waaayyy loud, sing along, and then you've got a new song in your head. When you get tired of that song, rinse and repeat.

Just listen to another song really loud. That'll flush em' out.
