I dont know how many jazz fans we have here, but there is just something about Sunday mornings for me that is all about jazz music.  It fits the feel of the morning like nothing else for me.  So, I thought I'd start a thread just for some of this.  I'll see if I can find a good mix to post.

I cant think of a better song to start it out than with this one from John Lee Hooker and Santana.

And one of my favorite groups for jazz....

A beautiful piece with an interesting intro by Ottmar Liebert.  This is called Duende del Amor.  Enjoy....

I found this treasure by Angelique Kidjo who hails from Africa and what a great message she has at the end.  Even if you are not a jazz fan particularly, check this out.  Its half interview and half music montage.  She has a beautiful voice and is working with some charity organizations through her music, her gift.

Her message at the end is "Never give up.  If a road is closed, find another one. Reach out to people. Dont lock yourself in."

I'm posting some of my favorites in this thread each week.  I'll try to remember to add the artist names as well as the links.  Smiley

Jazz eh? Well I like Richard Cheese, he makes unlikely jazz/lounge music versions of well-known songs, for example Snoop Dogg's "Gin and Juice" or Slipknot's "People = ****".
