Yay!! Pk! You got your first vlog up! I'm so proud of you, that was the best thing I've ever seen!

Everything was perfect, from the before and after shots, the kids on the playground equipment, right down to the out-takes at the end! Great job, Pk!:cheer:

I love the idea of a regular podcast or vlog, whichever.  Closes up the continental gap and brings the projects and organiztion home to us more.

I know you put alot of effort and thought into this first one, being as its the debut and showcase.  So great job!

Now, about that man on the street interview episode complete with subtitles....  Wink

I loved it, but I have to admit up until watching the vlog I pronounced the site \"eye-sahr-ah dot com\". Actually, I think I will continue to do so Smiley

Good job!  You're doing a lot of great things and I'm glad I'm able to help simply by doing what I always do...waste time on the internet Smiley

Thanks, everyone.

Larry - I think most people read it as \"eye-sarah\", so you're not alone.  It's funny, in the video, I had problems pronouncing the \".com\" part. That's how stupid I am.

Well, after commenting that I would continue to say it \"my way\" I discovered that when ever I think of the site I hear your voice saying, \"ih-suh-ruh....ih-suhr-uh...ih-suh-ruh dot corm\"  Smiley

So I guess I say it correctly now...at least as correctly as you do

Well, I pronounced it \"i-SAR'-uh\" with the beginning \"i\" sounding like a short \"i\" and the accent on the second syllable.  I was way off.  But I've been completely reformed and now say it the right way even with the fake thai accent I've managed to come up with.  Tongue

Again, I'm totally liking the regularly posted video idea, kinda like a diary of sorts.  When we do some in the thai language with subtitles, it can be called Isara Diaries In Other Tongues...or I.D.I.O.T. for short.    Wink

I have always pronounced it \"is-a-ra.  With the \"is\" pronounced just like we say \"is\" and the \"a\", like ah ,and the \"ra\" like rah in hoorah.   But,then again, with me, you'll need to consider a Texas Southern accent is somewhere in
there.  Tongue Tongue Tongue :S

No problem, Mom.  You enabled me to use my mod powers for the first time.  (We're both lucky I didnt somehow manage to delete you entirely, instead of just the extra post! haha!!)

Sneaker keeps laughing at me because I keep watching the video, but its amazing.  Those before and after shots of the school renovation project just blow me away!  And seeing the kids swinging and playing on their new playground is so awesome.  I cant get over how much of an improvement was made in that school!

Thanks PK, for bringing us so much closer to the action.

Thank you, thartley.  I didn't know you could do that!  Could you please remove the request one also.  That would be great!

I want to put up a new avatar. Could you please help me with that?
Pk put up the one I'm using now. This is all new to me!

Congrats, Pk! Tongue   Loved your vlog. Everything was perfect! I know you're really busy getting things ready for your trip home. I know everyone was happy to see and hear you.  Have they heard you speak Thai?  Maybe later you can do a vlog speaking Thai with subtitles. I think, maybe, Terri has already suggested that.
Great job!:P Tongue     SYS, H&K, LYL  Tongue

I thought it was pronounced \"that place were Pookie lives\"?

Good idea PK.

Very nice. Smiley Thanks for the outtakes too. If you can't laugh at yourself, then you have no business laughing at anyone else. Smiley So you can laugh at me, i (like ick) sarah. But now, I might try a little hispanic rolling the r, and then, of course, adding the corm on the end. Think people will have a  hard time typing that in? Isarrrrraaa dot corm.

I'm not expecting a weekly vlog, just after a project would be nice. And yes, a Thai video with subtitles to give us a tour perhaps of the \"Land of Smiles\" would be nice.
