I went to see Don Tolman at Surfers Paradise last night and he sure knows his stuff.

To summarise, here are the seven essentials of life:

1. Air (open the windows)
2. Water (shake it before you drink it)
3. Sunshine (the sun will not kill you, you're much more likely to get cancer from sun screen)
4. Walking (frustrated, confused? go for a walk)
5. Wholefoods (you know, fruits, nuts, the whole shebang)
6. Healthy Relationships (if you're relationship requires lots of work then realise that it's not working, move on)
7. Passion.

Excellent! I especially like 6 & 7.

Thanks for sharing those with us, Stasven. Grin

Cheesy Thanks Stasven, a great list to live by to enjoy the good life. Most are free!

I'm not quite sure I understand #2 in ((2))?  Maybe you can explain. I'm old and I've taken in a lot of water in my life and I've never shaken it before drinking???

I'm wondering about the shake it before you drink it too. Cheesy Maybe it refers to bottled water??

All 7 are great! I might add 7. Passion/Compassion. Smiley

It's just good to keep water moving. Stagnant water is no good for you, shake it up, give it some vitalisation.

For those of you (like me) who have no idea who Don Tolman is, check out his website!

Don Tolman

He's got a VERY interesting site with points to make you really ponder and consider.

Thanks Stasven, for the original post.   Smiley

It's hard to shake water when it's in a glass.

I prefer my water slightly shaken, poured into a reservoir, then heated and run thru a process by which it ends up flavored with ground arabica beans from Columbia.

Pour it in a glass, then from that to another, then back to the first glass.
