Cheesy  I learned a few things.  Shocked I didn't know milk was bad for us.  Undecided

I guess what they say is true, if it taste good then it's bad for us.

That's pretty cool.  I didnt realize it until he said it in the video, but I actually DO most of my shopping on the outside aisles at the store.  I hit produce first and build the rest of my meals around that.  I do however buy the bagged salads quite a bit and I do drink juices.

The grocery store I shop at has individual salads made up in small containers and if I dont get a bag of salad, I opt for these.  A few nights ago, I had one with mixed nuts and some dried fruit and it was delicious.  But I imagine its bagged salad that they needed to use up. haha!!!

What the heck is raw milk? And since Soy is bad, what about almond or rice milk? Hmmm...

Great find, Kitkat, gives me something to chew on. Wink

The video had some good information, but was a little boring. I think he could have made it more interesting by adding some humor.  Cheesy

I've decided to continue to shop some of the middle aisles such as paper goods and cleaners, but will continue to avoid the chips, soda, baby supplies, and pet food aisles. Cheesy

Yes, he could have used some humor, but he gets paid big bucks to tell his clients how to get fit so he has to do it with a grain of authority. Smiley

You're exactly right, Ginafish!  I didn't think about him getting paid big bucks by his clients.  Wink
