Ginafish, GREAT link! We have a medical clinic on-site where I work and a while back, my bloodpressure was high at 145/90. I was super stressed at work AND at home, but I had no idea my BP was that high. Its been 110/70 for as far back as I can remember. They actually told me to follow-up with my dr and they gave me a DASH diet plan book.
It is a very good plan and easy to incorporate if you like fruits and veggies!

(I had to initially cut this post short as a friend of mine showed up for some help with a video.) Anyhoo....my BP as of last week was back down to 117/76.
