I shouldn't assume.  I meant transporter like in Star Trek, and a tardis is a travelling machine, in the form of a Police box that Dr Who(well known in UK), a time traveller uses.

Hi Roho. Thanks for supporting Isara with your clicks! I don't think we had opened the Isara Learning Center the last time you were in Nong Khai. If you ever make it back to NK be sure to visit and say Hello. Until then please visit us here at Isara.org as much as possible. It's like volunteering online. lol

Thanks again,
pk

Wow. I totally forgot to do this. Well better late than never! Cheesy

My name's Gabbi. I'm sixteen. I'm a guitar major at the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies and Performing and Visual Arts. Everyone just calls it LVA.................. for obvious reasons. Haha. I found Isara through a friend at school who is EXTREMELY socially aware. He was one of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Sad Our school is socially aware as well. We're one of the schools here in Las Vegas that show Invisible Children each year. There are always people walking around school asking for money to help raise funds for something like Breast Cancer research and the AIDS relief effort in Africa. I've been getting a couple of my friends and their families to join and use Isara.

Other than that, I like playing guitar, music, watching movies, hanging out with friends and messing around with HTML and CSS coding. I pretty much like messing around with anything that has to do with computers. I like acting too. My friends and I love making little movies and what not. OH, and I go insane for video games. Especially if they're for the Wii. I'm a loyal Nintendo nerd. Cheesy

Hi, I'm RJ.  I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and attend the Las Vegas Academy.  I'm a Jazz Major (play the upright bass and bass guitar), and I'm in a band called As He Defeats.  Gabbi is actually one of my friends from school, and I'm the guy she mentioned in this post:

I found Isara through a friend at school who is EXTREMELY socially aware. He was one of the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

I found out about Isara through my friend Rob, a guy who was just amazed by the fact that Isara does so much for virtually nothing.  I immediately made it my home page and primary search engine.  I'm looking to get a little more out of it in terms of maybe promoting it at my schools or getting involved with the projects it funds.

Hey all, my name is Paul and I've been a member for quite awhile, but never posted. I originally met PK via DVXuser.com.

My wife, Sarah, and I live in the "Northwoods" of Wisconsin, where we enjoy all the benefits of living amongst the lakes, rivers, trees and abundant wildlife. Our German shepherd, Ira, loves it here, too. He especially enjoys swimming (too cold yet, but very soon!).

I'm into shooting and editing video, mostly event type stuff. I work for a small publishing company as a computer programmer and web developer.

Volunteering is something I enjoy doing, so I can really appreciate Isara's mission and efforts. PK has put together a really nice site and is making a real difference. How cool that we can all help just by using the site!

Welcome Frizzle Fry!

Feel free to start new threads here. There is quite a diverse group of people here to talk with who have the same basic interest in helping other people. It is a good common bond we all have.

Cory, regularly visiting Isara, searching the web, using IsaraPix, playing games, and Isara's blog will help.  It's very simple, but makes a huge difference. Thanks for joining and wanting to help.  Cheesy Your English is very good.  Smiley How many languages do you speak?

Hello all!  I figured it was about time I stuck my nose into this part of the site. I'm Dani, and I've been around for a couple months. One of my friends directed me to Isara. I pretty much live in the Arcade section, though. Cheesy I love what this site is about, and I'm happy to meet you all!

Welcome Dani.

The more the merrier!

People always wonder how to pronounce Isara, so how do you pronounce Dani?

Dan-eye?
Dan-knee?
Day-knee?
Deny?
Doni?

All in fun...  Cheesy

Welcome D.

Welcome, good to have you on board. I will admit that the arcade section is fun, but I don't spend enough time there so my scores are shameful (don't look them up! I'm watching you GinaFish!)

Yeah mine too, I'm only in second place.[/brag]

As I am a huge fan of SPEED DUCK RACING I welcome you with some footage of the swimming part of the triathlon.

Now, if someone could find me some footage of ducks riding bicycles I'd be really greatful.

Hi everybody, I just registered, well I was forced to, but I am a friend of  Sean's...I am actually at Isara right now.  I came to visit Sean and travel around Thailand for about 4 weeks.  Isara is a great place, and I got to interact with some of the kids today. They are adorable....

Hi, welcome. Sounds really nice. "Forced to join". That's what this site is all about, opression So you're at the ILC? I need proof. You must go do something in front of one of the webcams. Maybe do a little dance.
