Hi Betty! Thanks for registering with Isara! I'm sure the first couple of weeks that Sean is there, we'll see at least three pictures of him with students, so you can make sure he's eating.  Of course, if you've had a chance to look at any of the projects Isara has completed, you'll know that there are lots of updates about those too.  Maybe you can encourage Sean (hint, hint Sean!) to blog at Isara's blog about his experiences in Thailand. ( |

Hi everyone!
I'm Jennie, a Swedish university student, who has been living and working on and off in Nongkhai since 2005. Ever since I ran into Isara I've been a supporter, have had the website as my starting page for a few years so it's about time I registered!
At the moment I'm in Sweden but will be heading back to Thailand in April on a scholarship to write my thesis. I'm writing about how higher education shape attitudes towards segregation and national unity in Thailand, with focus central Thailand/Isaan. Isara has helped me out with practical stuff for the scholarship, I am most grateful!
Anyway, really looking forward to going back as it's always great to see Isara's progress!

Welcome to the forum, Jennie! It's nice to have someone from Sweden register and spread Isara to all corners of the Earth! Your thesis sounds very interesting and I wish you luck in finding all the material you need to complete it. Please come back anytime and let us know what your hobbies are, your age, etc. and I'll try to find something to post in the forum geared towards that.  |

I am dxk...I found and heard alot about this great site from GTAForums and the kind forumers from there.Also, I would like to thank Isara for giving a way for me to help without giving money, which I cannot(still in school). This is really a great,nobel,novel,exelent and most radical idea.
