I have never seen anyone flame anyone else.

That true ZeroG. I think we all feel that the maturity present here is something to be preserved, so we all try to overcome any differences in a mature way. To be honest, I quite appreciate that.

Ah phewy, go choke on a stake-bone you stupid hunter carnivor you! I hate you and your carnivorous ways!  Angry

[/flame] There we go. We all need a healthy flame every now and then.  Wink

Don't make me go mod on you guys in the Member Introductions Thread! Like Hunter mentioned, this might be the first thread for some visitors, and you don't want to give them a bad first impression!

Instead, put on a smile, and say "Thanks for joining Isara in it's mission! Make a difference with your clicks!"  Grin Grin Grin

Or I'll be clicking on your posts....

Now SofA, I have to ask....when I see your username, I think of couches, but I'm pretty sure that's not what you had in mind.  Cheesy So does it have to do with GTA? I don't know anything about GTA, so bear with me.  Grin

Interesting story. It doesn't have anything to do with GTA.
friends just kinda shortened sofa_king to sofa by dropping the _king.

Example Hay, whats up sofa!

But that wasn't good enough. Those who felt they knew me best started
calling me sof. Letting those who call me sofa know that they are not
as close to me as those who call me sof.

Example Has anyone seen Sof !!11

Confuzzled yet? theres more....

If some one absolutely loves me they will add a y on the end of sof, making it sofy. Kind of a pet name.

Example I loves me some sofy! <3 <3 <3

But if some on makes me look foolish (ie pwn's, own's) me then my friends will
add insult to injury by spelling it like a girls name... sophie.

Example Awww, whats the matter's sophie?

Thus ends the history of my name. Hope this helps... Plz, be gentle.

Smiley Okay, now I won't feel bad if I forget to capitalize the A on SofA. Smiley And I won't call you sofy till I know ya better. Smiley

And in order to get to know ya better, what part of the world do you come from? And besides GTA, what are your other interests?

And I like your word "confuzzled"...I might borrow it. Cheesy

I live in Illinois, USA. About 45 mins. from the Mississippi River. I got a decent boat and me and my
g/f really like spending time on the islands partying camping, fishing, water sports all the while drinking beer.
I also play a pretty mean guitar if I do say so myself.

How abouts you?

My introduction is on page one. Smiley I live about 3 hours from the Mighty Muddy Mississippi River so I don't have a boat.

Nice to have you on Isara. Feel free to post fun links, use the photo gallery to store pictures of your boat or g/f, and don't forget to use the isarapix when posting pics. Grin Grin Grin

A degree in bad jokes?  Good luck finding a job with that!  Grin

Wait! You're in luck. Isara is hiring!* But first, we must ask, is your bad joke degree from an actual accredited university or from one of those fly-by-night online courses? And do you have a portfolio?

It's more of an honorary degree. From someone with a much poorer sense of humor than myself...

I think he goes by Pookie? Grin

I just though I would drop by and introduce myself before I head out for a day of debauchery on this sunny St. Patricks day over here in Ireland....

My name is Eddie, I'm 19, I'm studying Law in college and it is a blast. My interests include music, playing guitar and drinking.

Smiley Ok ok ok, my turn. I am Arnoud and residing in Guangzhou, mainland China. I am very much into tennis - though i don t play too often - and also, somehow, i am very keen on getting to know people from all over the globe. So yeah, feel free to drop me a line sometime.

I went to Beijing last year. I don't travel a lot now, but I use to. I have been to Norway many times, Australia twice, England, Wales, Ireland and Saudi Arabia. I live in the U.S. Are you a U.S. ex-pat? Where are you originally from?
