that tractor catches my eye every day, I just had to finally stop and snap some shots of it.

It's a good thing you did. It's happened to me too many times where I think something looks cool and always meant to shoot a few shots of it... and then it's gone. Get 'em while you can or you'll kick yourself for it.

Gosh, I can't get away from DVXUser and filmmaking can I?

Nope. It's an illness... but a good one.

Horse, You have some really beautiful sunsets there in Minnesota. And you capture them very well.

Thanks, sir. I live deep in the Minnesota River valley, so I don't always see the good sunsets without driving to catch them, but I snap a few pics when I see them develop. I just wish I had this lens when I shot my other sunset shots. It's way sharper.

Oh, and I'm a huge nerd... not that you didn't already know. Grin

Yea, but it could use a little more red in the mid-tones. But that's what Photoshop is for. Fixing nature's mistakes. lol Grin

j/k
Exactly! Unfortunately, I'm not a PS guru, so this is straight out of the camera. Wink

Thanks, guys!

PK- I used a Pentax K110D with a Pentax 50mm f/2 lens.

A large percentage of the movie-going public is too stupid to realize there's a message behind the flick. They'll follow the action, but won't look any deeper than that unless you hit them over the head with it.

Can't find "Stonehenge" but "Big Bottom" is available ...and downloading as we type. Grin

Excellent!

Sounds like a remake of Roger Corman's Death Race 2000:

"She says my larynx sounds fat."

You might have to do "Stonehenge," if it's an option. Grin

46  The Fun Stuff / TV & Movie Talk / Re: I Am Legend on: 06/08/08 08:13 AM
I finally saw this a couple of nights ago. The only thing that bothered me was the CGI creatures. I thought that was a little unnecessary and nowhere near as creepy as it would've been had they used actual people.

Well, now hold on a minute Horse....you are ASSuming that all specimens were, erm, pleasing to observe.  Grin

Exactly! It's like the guys who go to massage therapy school. They see the commercials with nothing but 20-year-old models being treated and then they see the reality. Wink

A lot of times the statements of politicians make no sense.

A lot of times? How about most times? Wink
