  I see here that so many young bright people have volunteered with isara. Most had a very good education, possibly hold university degrees. Not all of them are teachers.

  It would be interesting to see every persons field of study, or their jobs. Some might well be experts in their field. If isara had all this know-how in all these different fields, the posibilities could be endless. New ideas could be implemented, with input from very good sources (your own !) , even when you are half a world away.

  I don't know how to get this started, maybe with an extra field in your profile, or someone with a better idea step forward.

  Hi Roland,

  This is a great idea!

  I updated my profile to include my education and my profession.

  The first step, and the hardest, is getting the info captured in everyone's profile. Once we have this we can always data-mine it and present it in another form.

  I encourage all other volunteers to update their profile with this information.

  Great idea Roland!! I, also, hope our volunteers will update their profile with detailed info about their education and profession. Maybe Kirk can add another field as you suggested. Love your idea!

  I like the added fields.
  I am sure someone smarter than me will figure out how this info can be compiled in a fashion that will benefit isara. :-)
