@Nok_Sam, you look cute! @Simon, I'm just glad I have one more day to help you with that class before taking over. Somehow I'll survive on my own, though!

My last week in Isara... Last Sunday Tara, Vania and I were able to attend Teachers’ Day in Anuban Nong Khai School. The event was attended by 200 + teachers from all over Nong Khai Province. It was fun and quite an experience as the teachers taught us hand gestures that we have to do while dancing. Teachers’ Day at Anuban School Nong Khai. Tara.Vania.Simon Vania learning how to dance – THAI Style This is also the first week that the volunteers have to stay for two hours in Ban Nong Jang as requested by the school director to get the students more at ease with the volunteers. First hour was with the usual teaching inside the classroom and the next hour was spent bonding with the students by playing games. Learning Rainbow’s ROYGIBV... Headgears – a fun way to learn shapes She knows her spelling very well. Dee Mhak Mhak! Sir James and Sir Thomas with the kids. Played football for the first time... fun Special Wednesday for the students of ISARA as they witnessed the London Klezmer Trio performance, one way of learning is through music and dancing and judging on the facial reaction of the students they seem to enjoy it. London Klezmer Trio My final art class with Vania... we asked the kids to make a mobile with any animals, shapes or anything that they desire. A kid asked me to draw a dragon (to my surprise) fortunately he liked it! Ooopppsss... the dragon! (Shameless plug) Finally my regular classes here in the center 4B (with Michelle) and 5A (with James). 4 – Beginners 5 – Advance with James As I’ve told Kirk, I felt like I just came back and now I am leaving again. Had a blast the second time around, I’m going to miss all the kids, the people behind ISARA and of course my fellow “Asa-samaks”. Khob Khun Krap!

I'm now here in Chiang Mai and the weather is nice though a bit cold for me. I survived the 12 hours bus ride... it's not as bad as I expected they even provided us blankets though no free buns. =P
