    Hi everybody, I just registered, well I was forced to, but I am a friend of  Sean's...I am actually at Isara right now.  I came to visit Sean and travel around Thailand for about 4 weeks.  Isara is a great place, and I got to interact with some of the kids today. They are adorable....

    Don't let Mus. scare you off, he has trouble dealing with people. He loves to make poor photoshop changes to pictures of me, and in turn I insult him with my sarcasm which plagues him because he cannot tell whether or not it is true.* At any rate, welcome to the forums, good to have you around! You will find Isara to be a great place full of kind and helpful people. *That was it if you couldn't tell.

    Hi everyone ! My name's Rosina and I just registered here yesterday - I was very curious to read about the Guinness thing but ended up discovering a very interesting site.  I really like traveling and learning more about cultures & traditions. I've been lucky enough to visit some very interesting places in the last 5-6 yrs. - should recap all those nice memories somewhere ! I'm sort of music-addict being mostly interested in bands from the 70's & 80's - will post my fave bands in the "Favourite Artists" thread soon. Well, don't want to bore you all with some many details so you'll hear more from me later  ;)

    Have a good one !

    Hey Rosina thanks for introducing yourself. ;D

    I'm right there with you.  Traveling is my favorite thing to do.  I've got 20 or so stamps in my beat up passport and am always looking for more.  Currently I am a volunteer in Nong Khai here at Isara, but sadly I'll be heading back to the States in about a week.  Then its on to the next adventure.

    How did you find Isara by the way?  Its nice to know we've reached Uruguay ;D

    Hope you enjoy the site! :)

    Thanks Nick & Sean for the welcome ! I saw and add in Facebook about the Guinness thing and thought about checking what was it all about. As I said before the site caught my attention - I find what you are doing really interesting !

    @Sean: So where in Brazil have you been ? I've been mainly to the north-east region -  nature there is  just beautiful ! By the way, I've just moved to US 3 month ago so I'm still settling down here.

    Hi RoS! Glad to know the Facebook ad finally reached someone. ;D

    Have you checked out our games section yet? Or taken a look at our webcams? We try to make Isara as interactive as possible so visitors really feel as though they're part of the charity and can see what they're helping create.

    Where in the US did you move to? And what do you think of the US so far?

    Glad to have you as a member of Isara.  Keep surfing the web and keep making a difference!

    I was in Salvador, and then in a small town in the interior of Brazil called Lencois.  Lencois was absolutely amazing.  Hiking around the area was incredible.  Here are some pictures.  The river formed a natural slide, the rocks were as smooth as glass.         I hope you are enjoying the USA!  Where are you living?

    Yes, I'm checking the other threads and posting there as well. I moved to Florida, I really like the beach here - I couldn't live without sea close by ! . I've been here already for 3-4 times but on short term always. I'll stay for one year, maybe two it all depends on how things goes. But it's not the type of place I like most ...  Anyway, I'm giving it a second chance  ;)

    @Sean: Nice pictures !

    Hello to everyone,

    I'm Ometecuhtli, the Aztec god of i-don't-remember-what, maybe the god of socks, but it was probably taken by somebody else beforme me since they're a very priced item in a human's life. The truth is I'm a computer engineer and i work in a lawyer's office (talk about taking a different path). I was born and raised in Mexico, but, as C. Huygens said, the world is my fatherland. I love sports, surfing the web, playing computer games, taking photos, watching movies, reading, listening to music and traveling. I learned about Isara from a friend i met in an overseas university, I don't know much about it but i think supporting a good cause is always in anybody's to-do list. I therefore wish you good luck to every person involved in this :-)

    Welcome Ometecuhtli (The Aztec God of Opposites)!. Is it OK if I just call you 'O-me'.  ;D Check out the member list and you will find a lot of people with similar interests here. Feel free to post some photos you have taken. There is a thread  Pictures: something unique / common in your neighbourhood which loyal member Pohui started which some of your photos might fit into. Or start your own thread. Enjoy the peace of mind the rest of us have enjoyed by making Isara your home page.
